Hören Sie bitte auf ständig, auf so gut jeder Webseite gibt es ein inline popup das erstmal meine Cookiepräferenzen wissen will.
Das Popup ist modal.
Ich habe absolut keine Lust auf jeder verdammten Seite jedes mal die Cookieeinstellungen zu bearbeiten.
Die EUGDPR sagt deutlich was geht und was nicht geht. Also was soll dieser Nagscreenscheiss?
Dezent unten oder seitlich und Standardeinstellungen das man nur die zur Funktion erforderlichen akzeptiert.
Es gibt NIEMAND der freiwillig Trackingcookies anschaltet. Und das Voraussetzen das man diese anschaltet und standardmäßig aktiv hat ist ein EUGDPR-Verstoß.

Wenn ich auf einer Seite lande, die einen dicken, modalen Dialog wegen Cookies hat, mache ich diese Seite zu, bzw. navigiere zurück.
Wenn ich erst 30 Sekunden mit dem Einstellen von irgendwelche Cookieoptionen verbringen muss, v.a. wenn das z.B. so langsam ist wie von ArcTrust, also praktisch so Optionssammelseiten, bei denen dann das übermitteln der Optionen noch weitere 30 Sekunden dauert, dann gehe ich einfach nicht mehr auf diese Seite.

Hören Sie auf Ihre Nutzer zu gängeln.

Ein toller Mann, mit mehr Herz als ich. Ich bewundere solche Menschen. Pramgatisch und sozial. Die Welt ist um eine tolle Person ärmer.

What was the update?

I don’t know.

All I can see in the “about tablet” screen is a new kernel built January 10, 2020. Kernel version is still 3.10. Android version is still 5.0.1.
The tablet is still slow af.

After this neglect I have sworn to never buy a Lenovo product again. You can’t mod it, They don’t give a shit about software updates.
The hardware still works but what use is it when they don’t fix security issues and don’t stay up to date with Android versions?
If there was a way to replace the OS with your own build, but their bootloader doesn’t protect the tablet from intruders, it protects Lenovo’s interests in selling new models despite the old ones still working.
And since our laws and politicians are corrupt this won’t change.

So all we can do is boycott those swindlers.
