Every AI company is a scam. The future will be on-premisis computation where clients can control compute costs themselves.

Everything else is just a form of vendor lock in. The people selling the shovels are laughing at you and going to the bank. Ive been in those meetings, they do not respect you.

Run an LLM locally and sieze the means of computation, comrad. It wont be easy or cheap, but nothing worth doing is.

In reply to Vitor MK. Hallo Vitor, ich weiß nicht ob es genau diese Adresse war (das ist ja schon 4 Jahre her), aber, wie du, habe ich die Adresse genommen, die in der AGB stand. Ich weiß noch das es in München war. Genau, diese Adresse steht auch im Flixbus Impressum. Dort stehen auch die Verantwortlichen für den Mahnbescheid, falls es dazu kommt. Viel Erfolg damit :) 50% ist schon heftig und mehr als dreist. Und ja, diese 14 Tage Widerrufsrecht bzw. Rücktrittsrecht stehen dir zu wenn du die Tickets online gekauft hast. Du kannst die genauen Kosten für das Einschreiben mit Rückschein geltend machen, aber nicht mehr als die tatsächlichen Kosten sind. Bei einer anständigen Firma wäre ein Einschreiben nicht nötig, aber bei dieser würde ich es machen. Siehe auch diesen Reddit Post zum Widerruf, Fax mit Sendeprotoll oder Email mit Zustellungsprotokoll (bei Thunderbird geht das, aber bei Gmail nicht, nur wenn man Business Gmail hat bietet Google dieser Feature) wäre statt Brief auch möglich. Man könnte alternativ auch die Streitschlichtungsstelle der EU nutzen, wenn der Widerruf abgelehnt wird. Bzw, ich sehe das stehe auch im Impressum unten. Na, wie geschrieben, ich wünsche viel Erfolg.
