Das Fazit am Anfang: Flixbus (FlixMobility GmbH und andere Reisedienstleister) muss bei Storno oder Widerruf Geld auszahlen. Man muss keinen Gutschein akzeptieren. Wurde der Kauf online getätigt kann man innerhalb von 14 Tagen schriftlich den Kauf widerrufen. Der Weg dorthin ist allerdings steinig.
