The future will be on-premisis computation where clients can control compute costs themselves.

Everything else is just a form of vendor lock in. The people selling the shovels are laughing at you and going to the bank. Ive been in those meetings, they do not respect you.

Run an LLM locally and sieze the means of computation, comrad. It wont be easy or cheap, but nothing worth doing is.
